Operations Manager (City Launch)

Build a city from day one.

FLUSK is changing how professionals enjoy their morning drinks.

Instead of queuing for coffee, our members receive handcrafted drinks delivered to their workplace in reusable FLUSKs. We're launching across Metro Manila one building at a time, and we're looking for someone to lead that journey.

This isn't a desk job.

You'll be responsible for launching new locations, building relationships with office buildings, coordinating daily operations and helping FLUSK grow from its first members to a thriving local network.

What You'll Do

Launch new buildings

Work with employers, property managers and building administrators to introduce FLUSK to new workplaces and coordinate successful launches.

Build local operations

Coordinate deliveries, production schedules and daily operations to ensure members receive a consistent, high-quality experience.

Grow the business

Support member acquisition, local partnerships and promotional activities. You'll identify opportunities to improve route density and help grow each location sustainably.

Lead the team

Recruit, train and support local couriers while working closely with our café partners and baristas to keep operations running smoothly.

Solve problems

No two days are the same. You'll handle operational challenges, improve processes and help shape how FLUSK expands into future cities.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in operations, logistics, hospitality, retail or a fast-growing business.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently and making decisions.
• Strong problem-solving ability.
• Commercial mindset with attention to detail.
• Willingness to spend time in the field meeting customers and partners.

Startup experience is a plus but not essential. Curiosity, ownership and a willingness to learn matter more.
