Launch Associate

Help build FLUSK from the ground up.

We're looking for a Launch Associate to join us in Metro Manila. This is a role for curious, adaptable people who enjoy solving problems, taking ownership and learning every part of a growing business.

The Role

As a Launch Associate, you'll work across operations, commercial and growth - jumping in wherever FLUSK needs you most. You'll help run our daily delivery operations, support our members and partners, and help us open new buildings and markets. This is a hands-on, generalist role at an early-stage company: no two days look the same, and your work will directly shape how FLUSK grows.

What You'll Do

Operations

• Help coordinate daily delivery runs, courier schedules and flask logistics across our active buildings.
• Monitor order flow, flag issues early and work with the team to keep every delivery on time and accurate.
• Support inventory tracking for flasks, consumables and supplies - keeping counts honest and replenishment timely.

Commercial

• Help onboard new offices and workplace contacts, walking them through how FLUSK works end-to-end.
• Assist with member communications, feedback loops and retention - turning happy members into advocates.
• Support partnerships and outreach to new buildings, employers and corporate accounts.

Growth

• Help identify and scout new buildings, zones and markets where FLUSK could launch next.
• Run lightweight experiments to test demand, messaging and offers - and share what you learn.
• Help build the playbooks, checklists and documentation that let FLUSK scale beyond Metro Manila.

Member Experience

• Be a friendly, responsive point of contact for members - answering questions and resolving issues quickly.
• Collect, organize and act on member feedback to improve the product every week.

Team

• Collaborate closely with the founders and small core team - everyone wears multiple hats.
• Bring structure, energy and good judgment to a fast-moving, early-stage environment.

What We're Looking For

• Curious and adaptable - you enjoy learning new things and switching between very different kinds of work.
• Ownership mindset - you see something that needs fixing and you fix it, without waiting to be asked.
• Strong communicator - clear, warm and professional with members, partners and teammates.
• Comfortable with ambiguity - early-stage means plans change fast; you stay calm and organized.
• Hands-on and practical - happy to be on the ground, not just behind a laptop.
• Bonus: experience in operations, startups, hospitality, logistics, or customer experience.

This is a generalist role. We care more about how you think and work than any specific title you've held.
