Founding Product Engineer

Build the platform behind FLUSK.

We're looking for a Founding Product Engineer to join us early and help build the FLUSK platform from the ground up. This is an opportunity to have a direct impact on the product, the technology and the company - working closely with the founders to turn a bold vision into software that thousands of members and operators rely on every day.

What You'll Do

Build products

• Design and ship features across the entire FLUSK platform - from the member app and ordering experience to the admin operations tools that power daily delivery.
• Own end-to-end product surfaces: frontend, backend, data models and the integrations that connect them.
• Translate rough ideas and member feedback into thoughtful, well-crafted software.

Solve real problems

• Work closely with the founders and operations team to understand the real, day-to-day problems we face - then build the tools that solve them.
• Dig into the messy parts of the business: logistics, credits, subscriptions, inventory, communications - and make them simpler, faster and more reliable.

Ship quickly

• Move fast and ship often. We value working software over long planning cycles.
• Make pragmatic trade-offs between speed and polish - and know when each matters more.
• Iterate based on real usage data and member feedback, not assumptions.

Improve the platform

• Help shape the technical foundation, architecture and engineering culture as we grow.
• Raise the bar on code quality, reliability and developer experience.
• Build the systems and patterns that let a small team move fast without breaking things.

What We're Looking For

• Strong full-stack engineer comfortable working across frontend, backend and data.
• Product mindset - you care about the user experience, not just the code.
• Bias to ship - you'd rather get something useful in front of users this week than perfect next month.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities; early-stage means plans evolve fast.
• Clear, thoughtful communicator who works well in a small, close-knit team.
• Curious about the business, not just the tech - you want to understand how FLUSK works end-to-end.

This is a founding engineering role at an early-stage startup. We care more about how you think, build and collaborate than any specific stack or title you've held.

Why FLUSK

We're building FLUSK to make specialty coffee more sustainable and more delightful - replacing disposable cups with beautiful reusable flasks and bringing a real coffee ritual into the workday. As our Founding Product Engineer, you'll be one of the first engineers shaping the platform and the company.
