We're looking for experienced baristas who live for the perfect pour. At FLUSK, every drink leaves our kitchen carrying our promise of quality - and you'll be the one who makes that promise real, cup after cup.

What You'll Do

• Prepare coffee, matcha, and specialty drinks to FLUSK's exacting recipes and presentation standards
• Work a high-volume production line, turning out consistent drinks under tight delivery windows
• Maintain a spotless workspace and care for professional-grade equipment between every shift
• Flag quality issues early and collaborate with the kitchen team to keep every order on standard
• Help onboard new baristas and share your craft with the wider team

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of professional barista experience in a specialty or high-volume café
• Deep knowledge of espresso extraction, milk steaming, and pour-over technique
• Calm, precise, and reliable under pressure - you thrive when the ticket rail is full
• Obsessive about cleanliness, dialing-in, and the small details customers can taste
• Comfortable working early shifts and weekends on a rotating schedule

• Orders go out on schedule, with a defect rate near zero
• Your station is the cleanest and best-organized in the kitchen
• Members request your drinks by name
